my internet is not connecting to my tv for some reason

My Roku express connects to my wireless network, but not my network. My other 2 Roku Express devices are connected without an issue. I have moved them around and they connect to all the TV's while the other has an issue with all TV's. I have turned it on and off, and tried factory reset. Do you have any other ideas?
