wireless connection issue

Make this short and sweet. I have a rokue premier that will not reconnect to my wifi.

Steps I have taken:  reset modem,  reset roku network, changed channel on modem, did a factory reset on roku.  Rokue will connect to wifi, but not the internet, connect strength shows excellent. Is there a setting or something I cam change

See if this helps.  Try this, in this order:

  • Restart your router.
  • Restart your Roku via Settings > System > System restart.
  • Reconnect via Settings > Network > Set up connection.
