my ISP has asked me to contact Roku for info: starting port, ending, port, and protocol.
Past several days, Roku disconnects and says there's no internet connection/poor connection. Laptop and other household devices are all fine and connected to wireless. Contacted CenturyLink several times, excellent internet connection strength, walked me through checking connection and settings on Roku. Problem is on Roku end,, not ISP. CenturyLink is requesting I contact Roku to get the following information and then input the info on a CenturyLink form and then hit "Apply." So, Roku personnel, I need the following please......STARTING PORT, ENDING PORT, and PROTOCOL. Thank you!
