constant stop working, have dates and times.

This system does not work very well.  I have dates and times that the Rodu system has gone down and restarted.  It has nothing to do with our internet as the internet does not hic-up at all.  We have had it go down 9/27/21 at 1:36p, 10/1 at 9:03p, 10/3 at 12:15p, 10/6 at 6:45p, 10/11 at 9:01a, 10/12 at 3:54p, 10/13 at 9:32p, 10/27 at 6:56p, 11/1 at 10:11 at 12:48p, 11/11 at 10:07p, 11/12 at 9:12a, 11/16 at 5:07p, 11/21 at 10:53p, 11/22 at 8:45p, 11/23 at 11:56a, 11/29 at 6:45p, 12/1 at 12:58p, 12/21 at 8:28p, 12/22 at 11:43a, 12/22 at 3:26p, 12/31 at 12:34p, 1/28 at 8:38p, and I have several more recordings.  So how what?  Is this that bad that it seems not a reliable tool.  The down times have been less than a minute but still very annoying with no reason for it to happen unless it is a ploy to get us to spend more money on something.  I would like to have an answer that makes sense.

Re: constant stop working, have dates and times.

@ejfoye

Thanks for the post.

Can you please provide more specific information about the issue you are experiencing?  What Roku model device are you using? What are the steps to reproduce the issue? What is exactly happening when you state that the system has "gone down"? How are you powering the Roku device? Have you already tried rebooting your wireless network and changing the wireless broadcast channel?

With more detailed information, we will be able to assist you further.

Thanks,
Danny
