Hello everyone! I have two Roku devices that suddenly lost connection, they will not connect again. I have reset the router and the devices, I have factory reset the roku, and absolutely nothing! Internet has great connection, I am entering everything correctly. Any ideas?
Do you, by any chance, use Spectrum as your internet provider? We've seen quite a few similar complaints from Spectrum customers lately.
No we actually have Centurylink, and just had them switch it to fiber optic on Monday. Everything was connected just fine then randomly it lost connection. Our phones connect just fine our smart tv connects just fine its just the two Roku devices that seem to be having an issue.
Do the Rokus you have support 5 GHz?
