I have put in the correct WiFi password for my roku express and the WiFi is working because my phone and laptop are all connected and working. It keeps saying giving me the red x everytime I try to connect. Any help with this problem?
I am having the same issue. ROKU customer service is non-existent. I think we are just screwed at this point. I rebooted the system and rebooted my router and have tried everything that a YOUTUBE tutorial could recommend. DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
