Won’t accept password to connect phone to device or connect to hotspot

Device has seemed to be encountering these issues more and more frequently.

 Device has been restarted numerous times and network reset, without any change. Both internet sources work, without a doubt. Just not for my Roku, unfortunately

After restarting several times it still won’t accept my password. My wireless internet is working on all my other devices just not the TV.

We recommend rebooting both your wireless router and your Roku device. 

In some cases, you might also try changing your network password (avoid using any special characters from your wireless network password) to see if that resolves the connection issue.

As a first step, have you tried the steps provided by @RokuDanny-R posted above to see if that resolves the issue you are experiencing with your internet password is not accepted. In addition, can you please specify the exact steps you are taking to reproduce this issue so we can assist you further?
