Wireless

I just got the rca roku tv 3 days ago. It is showing the mac address as all o. I've hooked it up to ethernet and it worked, but I need it wireless. The tv we had before worked fine. The computer near the tv works fine. I have a roku upstairs and it works. So I don't understand why this one is not working. Its been updated. Help!!!

Re: Wireless

The MAC address is associated with the wifi radio card built into the tv.  A MAC address of all zeros indicates a failure of communication between the wifi radio card and the rest of the set.

Some have reported that doing a factory reset on the tv and setting it up again may restore operation.  If not, Roku only supplies the operating system for a "Roku TV". This sounds to me like a hardware issue that needs to be referred to the manufacturer of the set.
