As a reminder, Roku Premiere/Premiere+ (model 3920/3921) devices are only compatible with 2.4GHz wireless b/g/n networks. If your wireless network isn't broadcasting a 2.4GHz network, your device will not be able to connect to it. I'd recommend contacting your ISP to help modify your wireless router configuration to ensure it is broadcasting a 2.4GHz wireless network. That should help you get connected.
