WiFi network not listed

My WiFi network isn’t listed in the available networks for WiFi connection.  I’ve got other devices connected to the WiFi in the same room.  All of them have full signal strength.  My wifi is running through an eero mesh system.  Please help.

Which Roku? The Express, for instance, only supports 2.4 GHz and if you're 5 GHz only, that won't work. So, what Roku?

Roku express. Doesn’t eero use both 2.4 & 5, though?

Try rebooting your Roku.. just pull the power for a few seconds and plug it back in.

Yes, but it can be configured to use 5 GHz only, can't it? It may very well be using both bands. Jeffrok's suggestion might unglitch it. But, do be aware the Express is 2.4 GHz only.

Re: WiFi network not listed

Jeffrok's suggestion didn't work.  I have an old Roku that was working fine in another room.  I swapped locations between the old one and the new express and they both work.  Go figure!

Thanks for the feedback and help, though.

That's interesting. Something at the one location was interfering with the Express, but not the older device. Not sure what it means, but little bits of information like that will help someone in the future.
