WiFi connection issue with new Express 4K+

I am trying to connect a new device. Express 4K+. It won’t connect to my home WiFi? I have typed in the correct password several times. Other Roku devices and Roku TVs are working just fine. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Do you get any error messages or codes?  Are you trying to connect to 2.4GHz or 5GHz?
