Help & troubleshooting for network issues, including connecting your device to your home Wi-Fi network, connecting to public networks, troubleshooting wireless issues & ethernet connections, and optimizing streaming performance.
You will need to go into your wifi router set up and see if it will reveal the network name (SSID) and password to you. If not, you'll most likely have to reset it to a new SSID and password. If your router is provided by your internet provider and you don't know how to do this, you may need to get help from your internet provider.
If you reset your SSID and password, you'll have to reset your Roku and all your other devices to use these new connection parameters.
