Progress at 68% and is being super slow at updating software. Before this I tried a few times and it would stop around 50-something% and say to restart or check connection...Does anyone know of a CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER THAT ACTUALLY CONNECTS ME TO A LIVE PERSON? Please! Oh it's a ROKU EXPRESS btw
