Unable to connect to wireless network

I recently purchased a 32" RCA Roku tv I set it up and it worked fine for streaming on Netflix. Upon start up the tv has lost connection and can't connect to either of my networks. I reset the tv to try and solve the problem and now the tv won't connect to internet in the setup menu. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do to fix this ?

Roku released a BUG in their 9.3 update. 

it broke everyone’s stuff — it’s breaks as soon as the network drops. 

the issue is that the Roku refuses to let go of the old network info.

The only way to fix it is to factory reset. 

Roku needs to fix their stuff!!!

i don't have control I use the app of Roku

I am having similar problems.  It started with 1 of 4 Stick + I have at this location. I updated the first unit to v9.4 and it sees the wifi, but will not connect.  A 2nd unit that I used to check the connection worked at first.  Later it also failed to connect - checking the version on that one indicated it updated after  tested it.  Now 3 of the 4 will not connect.  Waiting on a Roku response.

Roku Tv, Roku express, Roku express+ all having problems in these 2 days. 
Unable to connect to a wireless network and also no signal on screen.

what can I do to solve? Or it won’t be fixed at all?

There are several posts similar to this one - connection issues.

After 21 days I still have the problem on 4 Roku Stick +. My solution is FireStick 4k.

If you can search and find the post - re: can not connect to wifi after v9.4 upgrade there are about 15 pages of posts on the issue.

One suggestion is to NOT factory reset anything. That adds to your problems.

It’s very frustrating, isn’t it!? I don’t have cable so no Roku no TV.

i will definitely look into Fire.

Just saw this and want share suggestion. i see this happen before and tried reset the network on the Roku.

settings --> system --> sdvanced system settings --> network connection reset then choose reset connection
