I recently purchased a 32" RCA Roku tv I set it up and it worked fine for streaming on Netflix. Upon start up the tv has lost connection and can't connect to either of my networks. I reset the tv to try and solve the problem and now the tv won't connect to internet in the setup menu. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do to fix this ?
Nobody ever responded to you still?! I'm having the exact same issue here. Roku Express has worked for over a year now, suddenly on the Fourth of July it went out, cant connect to wifi at all, although other all other smart devices have no issues, only the Roku. Where is customer service?!!! 😩
