Unable to Connect to Wireless Network

All of a sudden, Roku will not connect to wireless network. Roku recognizes networks are available but will not connect. Read previous posts and tried to reset the router, wireless networks, and the device several times. We left unplugged for hours and tried again. Ultimately decided to do a factory reset based on advice in previous posts and it still does not work. Please help. We’ve had the device for less than 2 years.

Try disabling (temporarily) the 5ghz radios from within the router (wireless settings).   Restart router.  Then try and connect the Express again to the 2.4ghz band.

Otherwise post back with Express model number and your router model number.
