All of a sudden, Roku will not connect to wireless network. Roku recognizes networks are available but will not connect. Read previous posts and tried to reset the router, wireless networks, and the device several times. We left unplugged for hours and tried again. Ultimately decided to do a factory reset based on advice in previous posts and it still does not work. Please help. We’ve had the device for less than 2 years.
