I have a brand new Ultra LT that will make it to the last step and then fail with an Error 003. It will tell me to either wait and try it again or setup a new connection. This is the first ROKU device that has done this to me. I currently reside in a senior living facility and they are using a Community Service setup thru Spectrum. Can you give me any clue on fixing this problem.
Can you set it up somewhere else and then bring it back to the facility or use your phone's hotspot as the Roku's Wi-Fi connection just to get through the initial setup?
