Im having this same issue, Roku can not locate my wireless signal. I have restarted, unplugged, checked settings, etc. for Roku and router. Nothing fixes it. It’s been two days now. Everything else in the house, including a Roku TV, identifies the wireless signal just fine. And when I try to contact support I get the following message: “Your device and/or issue is eligible for online support.” very lame, Roku. So now what do I do?
I have the same problem with my JVC Roku TV. No one should buy these Roku TV's. They come with a defective wifi chip. You can try to unplug tv or do a reset. Nothing worked for me.
