I have been using my Roku for several months now with no streaming problems. No hesitations or any delays and I am streaming off of my hotspot from Verizon. Unfortunately I bought and paid for the Hulu channel and watched all the seasons of Sons of Anarchy without any interruptions but now I’m getting an error message did it can’t download. I don’t understand why Roku will stream uninterrupted but other channels do
I understand that you receiving an error message when accessing content from the Hulu channel, is that correct?
As a first step, you can try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote, and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
If that still doesn't clear up the issue you're experiencing, we recommend contacting the channel provider directly to follow up for more help. They’ll be able to best assist with any issues that are occurring within their channel.
