I have done everything Roku has instructed me to do. Turn off router, unplug stick and turn back on and still it Roku Stick will not find my network. I have restarted the Stick, even though it can see it and has Excellent signal strength. I have even done a system restart and a Network Connection reset and still it cannot connect to my network. I even set a static IP address via the MAC address and still it cannot connect. I re-install my old streaming stick and it works perfectly, but now I don't have the features the +stick had. So much for upgrading. Please REFUND my $$ for new Sticks I purchased.

You aren't going to get a refund by posting to the User Support Forum. Use the proper form at https://support.roku.com/ You'll need your receipt where you bought it, and it must be within the return window.
