Some of my Roku devices will not connect to a new wireless network since I have moved

Some of my Roku devices will not connect to a new wireless network since I have moved. I have 4 ROKUs and two are seeing thew new wireless network. Two sticks (one a 3810X model) boot up to the home page and report "Not Connected". My instinct is to move the cursor to Options (*) but the remote acts like it is frozen and I can not navigate to open up options to do the network re-configuration. As I said this same behavior is found with two sticks. What is oging on and what should I try ?

In case it matters the new network is Verizon FIOS based.

I do not see other posts refer to a "frozen" cursor

You don't want Options.  You want to go to Settings->Network.  And by the way, you don't "move" to Options - you press the * button and options will appear if available.

If the sticks aren't responding to their remotes, and assuming the remotes' batteries are not dead, then it sounds like the remotes need to be re-paired to their respective sticks.

1) Remove power from the Roku for a few seconds then plug back in. This will make the Roku receptive to the pairing request from the remote.

2) Open the remote's battery compartment and bring remote near the Roku . Trying from across the room may not be good enough.

3) When Roku has booted back up from step 1), press and hold pairing button in remote battery compartment for 3 seconds or more - a quick push won't do it.

4) LED in battery compartment should start flashing and continue to blink until the pairing is complete.
