It Roku recognizes the wireless network. We enter the password, no problem, I get 3 green checkmarks for connectivity and then the software download sometimes starts (extremely slowly) but won't finish. I only see 2 bars of connectivity, so I'm thinking that the wireless router may have too many walls to connect through. The router is inside the house, about 40 feet from the TV that is in the pool area. Could it be the walls in between?
