Sharp Roku tv Error code 14.50

Was at a customers house and their tv would not connect to the internet even though all the fields were correct. Did some digging and figured out that their WAP was broadcasting the 2.4 ghz and the 5 ghz frequencies on the same ssid. Split the frequencies into two ssid's (e.g. Smith & Smith_5ghz) and connected the tv to the 2.4 ghz ssid and the tv connected instantly. Hope this helps someone

Good suggestion. I've always named my 2.4 and 5 GHz radios with different SSIDs simply to allow me to make sure I'm connecting to the 5 GHz radio when desired.
