Setup new device and the old on won’t find wifi instantly
I just bought a new roku on Amazon and set it up today to go in my bedroom. As soon as the setup was completed the one in my living room quit working and it will not find any WiFi networks and we have multiple. I feel like Roku is locking me out of the old one. We have 3 that we currently use, I had a couple that were old and we don’t use anymore. I need options on how to get the one in my living room working again!
Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? What Roku model device is the one that you are seeing the issue with? In addition, what Roku model device did you just purchase and connect to your wireless network? Have you already tried rebooting your wireless network to see if that resolves the issue?
