STATIC SCREEN WITH "WEAK OR NO SIGNAL" ON 6 TV'S AT RENTAL PROPERTY. HELP!!!
Our renters have notified us that 6 tv's all have static screens and say "Weak or No Signal". Wifi is connecting and working. She says she is familiar with ROKU, but I am not, and have no idea what to do to get it up and running again. Please help!
Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? What Roku model devices are you using? Have you tried rebooting your wireless network to see if that resolves the issue you are seeing?
