I have a Hisense RokuTv. It has been connected to the 5g WiFi signal for over a month. It suddenly disconnected and after restarting router and modem, restarting TV and factory resetting TV, it still won't connect. I can connect to the 2g signal but it cant stream anything on that one
It should certainly work on 2.4GHz, but when you say it won't connect to 5GHz does the 5GHz network show up? It will only work on non-DFS channels (channels roughly below 50 or above 150). If your router's channel is set to "Auto" set it to a low channel or a high channel, not one from 50 to 150.
