2 weeks ago my roku lost it's connection and I've done everything listed including factory reset. I've had my roku for 3 years and never had an issue up to now.
Same here. Worked great... then spotty over three weeks with many drops. And now nothing. My other 4 Rokus all work fine, and this is the one closest to the router. Tried all recommendations listed here and on the website.

I'm experiencing the same issue. Roku 3920X, Premiere, with software version 10.0.0, build 4195-91. Until two days ago, the reception has never been an issue. Now, it won't connect to our home wifi unless I move it right next to the router. I've tried using a phone hotspot, but it will only connect if the phone is very close to the Roku device.
I've confirmed that we have a 2.4GHz network, even created a separate network that's 2.4GHz only, with no changes to reception. All other devices at our home have great reception. This is the only device that's experienced a change with its wifi performance.
Mine is a tlc roku tv it doesnt even pick up networks to connect to. Went back 2 hours later to watch tv and it had stopped working. Why cant roku fix this? Apparently im not the only person with this problem. Or is it a money gimmik to have us all to buy another one? If not fix it.
Hi there, I am having the same issue with my Roku PREMIER. It can’t find any network even though it worked before. I have had this for less than a year now so it shouldn’t be due to age. My serial # is YHOO4H182895. My device ID is K43034182895
You mention the router previously, curious how to check the router especially if nothing has changed in the house for the entire time. It's just in the last month or so about the same time the device says there is no signal yet all my other devices are fine. Just confused on why all of the sudden and only the premium express device.
Me, too! My roku is connecting and working fine for a little while then it randomly just decides it doesn't have an internet connection, but everything else in my house (phones, computers etc) all do. This is getting frustrating & irritating. How do we fix it? I'll gladly send my roku info to you.
Roku is sending me a new one once I send back the old. Hope. it works better.....I had to search high and low for a phone number on google, but it worked.
