I have a Roku ultra that is now just over a year old. It used to always stay connected to my wireless network. I typically turn it on at 6pm everyday and off around 10pm. Now when I turn on my tv and roku everyday, the roku is not connected to my wireless network. When I go to settings and try to reconnect to the network, it remembers the network credentials but does not connect. I have to reset/reboot the roku every time. When I do this, it automatically connects to the network. I have reset all network connections and reentered the password and everything and that did not fix the issue. I have to reboot my roku daily. I have no issues with my internet connection and when I check my connection or signal strength in the roku settings it says “Excellent.” What is wrong with my roku?
I'm not clear about a couple of things. You say that you turned your Roku off nightly at 10:00? How? There's no off switch on a Roku Ultra. Were you pulling the power from a switched outlet/power strip or something?
And, if you were turning it off, why the concern over rebooting daily? I'm obviously missing or misunderstanding something.

I meant that I turn my tv on/off everyday at those times. At some point between 10pm to 6pm the next night the roku drops connection to the network and won’t reconnect until I reboot the roku.

You've restarted the device, you have a recent model device, and your 5 GHz network is using a good channel. I'm stumped. There are some other users that have better network knowledge, and you've provided good info to help them start.
