Hello, i have a brand new roku premiere that twice now has disconnected itself from my wireless connection. All my other devices(2) are online when this happens so it is not my router or isp. The first time it happened, i had to do a complete factory reset for it to connect again. The second time not even that worked. I did a hard reset, unplugged it and then about an hour later it connected. It gives me error code 14.30 but i know the username and password are correct. How do i fix this or should i just return it? Its barely 3 weeks old.
My personal opinion is it is defective. My Premiere has been rock solid on my WiFi, and that particular router itself is flaky at times.
