I have had my roku for a few years and all of a sudden it reads not connected to internet and the white light is flashing as it does when not connected. I went through the regular steps and reconnected the internet But it continues to not except our password but it shows our access account is listed. The info I put in is correct but our roku will not connect to our internet?? I have tried unplugging and connecting remote to roku twice. SOS please let me know what I can do..

We recommend rebooting both your wireless router and your Roku device. Alternately, I'd also recommend trying to connect your device to an alternate network or mobile hotspot. If you are able to connect without issue, this usually indicates an issue with your network or password. In that case, you might also try changing your network password to see if that resolves the connection issue.
My Roku from 6 years ago suddenly quit displaying closed captioning and I decided to upgrade to a new premier 3920x. The new device will not connect to my network after multiple restarts and hours of research. I am very unhappy. All other devices are working on this network, password correct, 2.4Ghz
We recommend rebooting both your wireless router and your Roku device as well as trying to connect your device to an alternate network, such as a mobile hotspot to see if you can get the device setup. Once the device is setup, try reconnecting to your wireless network.
