I am setting up my new roku express plus and when I go to set up my network it can’t find my network. I’ve tried re scanning and restarting both the modem and Roku but it won’t find my network. My other devices are connecting and working fine.
Is your network on the 5 GHz wifi band? The budget model Express can only see and use the 2.4 GHz wifi band. Most (all?) routers with the 5 GHz band also support the 2.4 GHz band - you may need to turn it on in your router configuration.

I am having the same issue on my Roku Express. I read that it might be due to an update, but since I already reset my device, I have no way of reverting back to the older version. Any tips how to fix this as customer service is currently closed?
