Roku keeps disconnecting/have to restart

What is the deal today?? My internet tower is literally 9 inches from the tv and my Roku keeps disconnecting and I have to restart it to get it to work. This is the only TV having issues, the others on WiFi have worked with no problems. So frustrating. Seems like this happens a lot on the weekend.

What Roku model number? Settings > System > About

What band (2.4 GHz, 5 GHz) is your router (Internet tower?) using? And what channel?

It is actually possible to be TOO close to the router, especially if it is a high powered one.  If the signal is too strong it can overpower the wifi receptor in the Roku.
