Roku is not connecting to the Internet. I have two sticks, both stopped working and say "Network Connection Problem". My wifi is working fine. None of the channels work on Roku, but they do work on my laptop. Roku has some sort of outage so that no sticks can connect to channels.
To clarify, are you getting the error message 'Network Connection Problem' when you launch any channels installed on your Roku even if the device is connected to your Wi-Fi? Please check your player's network connection by navigating to Settings > Network > About.
