In the Forum Rules link near the top, it lists things that are helpful when requesting help. The model of your Roku would be one of those. Not just the name, but the actual model number, since Roku will recycle names.
Another thing that would be helpful would be a better description of the issue. "Cannot connect to WiFi" can mean several things. It could be that you don't even see your network listed on your Roku connection screen. It could mean that it attempts but fails (red X instead of green check). It could mean other things. So, actually describe what's happening, what you're doing, what you're seeing. Details are better than summary.
And "reinstalling and reinstalling"? Reinstalling what? You can't install anything on the Roku until you actually connect. Are you saying retrying to connect? What are you reinstalling?
Sorry, but we really need clarification. We -- maybe not me, but certainly others -- can help, depending on what the actual issue is.
