Hi,
Thanks for letting us know about the issue that you are experiencing.
- Have you ensured your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network for the device to connect to? The Roku Express is only compatible with wireless b/g/n networks on the 2.4 GHz spectrum.
- Have you tried changing the wireless broadcast channel on the router to see if this will allow your device to connect?
- Have you tried moving the device closer to your router to see if you can get connected?
Please keep us posted.
Thanks,
Danny

Hello
My express + was working until I did upgrade to by router. My router is dual has 2.4 and 5. I can ping my neighbours wireless but it won't find mine. I try everything that people have requested to do on this. nothing is working.
Thanks for the inquiry.

Some users have reported they were able to connect when their router was only broadcasting the 2.4 GHz when they had a dual band router.
Thanks,
Danny
My modem's software was upgraded last night and to my surprise, the 2.4ghz signal disappeared. The 5GHZ was still working as was all my other devices (even a Roku TV). Once I realized this, replaced the modem with an upgrade and my wifi signal returned. Check if that's the issue.
