“Roku error” check to see if your roku is plugged in & on network

Hi
I’m getting this error message on my roku stick
I get the home page and can see all the apps but the remote control won’t move in any direction to move around the menu or onto the apps.
If I go on my phone to my roku app it detects the roku ok the same network so it connected but when I click on my device on the roku app I get the error message above

Any ideas what going on?
