So I've been dealing with this for a week and due to COVID-19 I haven't been able to get any help.
My Roku premiere has the ability to find any networks. I was watching and it just stopped.
I've set my connection with Roku, I've rebooted my modem, and I've tried factory reset. This is frustrating.
Anyone got a clue where I can start since I can't contact support atm?
If you are using 5ghz (most likely are) then check your channel number. I have found that if the channel frequency is too high, Roku can not detect it. Try setting it to a lower channel like 48-56.
I'm using the 2Ghz. It was previously seeing ALL networks in my area but is no longer.
