Roku app no longer seeing devices


Had to do a factory reset on my tcl 75 inch tv. Went to connect app and it cannot be seen. In fact , it dies not see my other 65 inch tcl or roku ultra device either. 

Phone and devices are on same network ( , I have restarted phone , uninstalled/ reinstalled app, tried manually entering IP address of main Tv etc. 

Turned off advanced security on xfi router. Checked xfinity app, devices are connected, and on same network. 

Any ideas ?
