I just bought a Roku Premiere for the tv in my bedroom. I can't even get past the setup. The furthest I've made it is to the channel setup, and it froze and went back to the screensaver like it always does. I've done every possible troubleshooting and nothing works. I've updated my internet, moved the box right beside it. I have extremely powerful internet and a great router. I checked the ghz on the router to make sure it was compatible...it was. I've reset it, reset my tv, reset my modem and router, and tried different HDMI outlets on the tv. Absolutely nothing works. Finally found a customer support number and a machine said they are not offering phone support because of COVID. I finally unplugged it and threw it in closet with the remote. I'm so frustrated.
