Roku Premiere not connecting to wireless after following Roku tech. guidance and factory reset
Roku connects to router on network connection, but when channel or network test is run, roku drops connection. All connected other devices work fine on comcast router. Roku worked fine up to last week. It is five inches from router, has always worked in that location prior. Have repowered, reset, system reset multiple times.
Executed this guidance per community:
Restart your router (yeah, I know everything else connects okay, try it anyway).
When router comes back up, restart your Roku, Settings > System > Restart system
When Roku comes back up, Settings > Network > Set up connection
Nothing. Still no connection. Executed factory reset. Will not connect to wireless network.
What next? Roku is in same location as when set up and it worked.
