My daughter recently purchased the Roku Premiere 4K and set up on her tv without problems. We have now tried to set this up on my tv in a different location. The unit kept trying to access the now not available previous wireless network. In desperation we did a factory reset but get as far as choosing language and the scan for wireless but same story - “can’t connect” etc.
Nothing wrong with WiFi - strong signal and correct password etc.
Briefly tried using Ethernet cable but unit still wanted to go through “wireless”.
