Roku Premiere Connected To Sony Bravo TV

Well, it started again I'm in Roku **bleep**.  I have Premier+ connected to a Sony Bravo TV.  The Roku device is in a endless loop trying to connect.  It will connect then it looks for a software update which it cannot find.  There is no way to force to 'Settings' in order to do a factory reset.  Who in the **bleep** writes this **bleep** software?  There is no 24/7 support link,

If you are trying to perform a factory reset on your device, you can press and hold the reset button on the back of your device for 30 seconds, regardless of what is happening on your TV screen.
