On November 25, 2020, my Roku Premier stopped working. The Roku Troubleshooting page indicated that there had been an AWS outage w/Amazon that day, but the issues had been resolved. My Roku has not worked since. I tried calling Roku directly, but was referred to the online support, which is not helping me at all. Does the Premier have a finite lifespan? I didn't anticipate that it would die after one year or I would not have purchased. What are my replacement options? I live in a rural area & depend on Roku for my TV viewing.
