No previous issues with my Roku, then last night, turned on TV and...nothing. No connection to my Roku at all, just blank screen. The Blue light is flashing, but even after 30 minutes of waiting, Roku never connected. Also, the message NO SIGNAL did not appear.
All other wireless devices are connected and working at optimal levels, and all other instances of loss of internet would only result in the dancing Roku logo until connection was reestablished, so don't see how this could be an issue with the router.
What would truly help is having an actual person to speak with to resolve this issue in an expeditious manner, instead of relying on the capricious nature of online forums to help.
