Our other 2 Roku devices (both Roku 3s) are working fine, and this one was last night (prior to the update, I checked, the device updated on 5/24). I've rebooted the router and restarted the Roku. The device does not show any networks. I tried typing in our network name and password using the Private Network option - I first used the 5 ghz option, then saw that on the community that might be the problem, so I entered the 2.4 ghz network. Still no connection with that device. The device is in the same place that it has been for the past year that we have been using it. All other internet devices are working correctly. Help please.
