Roku Express not detecting my wireless network

My Roku Express that I bought 2 weeks ago was working perfectly all of last week. Now all of a sudden it disconnected from my home network and refuses to detect it no matter where I am at in my house. It will detect various other nearby signals but not the one it was previously connected to (my home network). I have tried troubleshooting this a thousand different ways. If anyone has any tips or advice please let me know I would appreciate it greatly. Also, if there is a warranty system that Roku offers because my device is unusable. Thanks.

There area multiple reports on this about people suddenly not being able to get online wtih their ROKU - and they are doing nothing about it.  Return it and get an Amazon product I guess

I would recommend checking out our Support page for troubleshooting issues here: What should I do if I cannot connect to my home network or the internet?

Please answer the following questions so we can get a better understanding of what you are seeing:
- Have you ensured your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network for the device to connect to? The Roku Express is only compatible with wireless b/g/n networks on the 2.4 GHz spectrum. 
- Have you tried changing the wireless broadcast channel on the router to see if this will allow your device to connect? 
- Have you tried moving the device closer to your router to see if you can get connected? 
- How long have you been experiencing this problem?

If those things still aren't helping, feel free to send me a PM with your Roku account email address and the serial number of your Roku from Settings>System>About along with the answers to the above questions and I'll be able to assist you further from there.

I recently added roku express to my Roku account(in order to pay for a Disney movie) and now I'm not able to connect to my 5G network. My router offers two options, one with 5G and when scanning network the 5G option doesn't appears any more. This is an issue because it is constantly buffering and getting connection issues. Tried resetting my router and roku and nothing. What else can I try? Thanks

No Express model supports 5GHz.

That is strange because mine detected it for the last 5 years. It was until I had to reset it to add it into my Roku account. I was not getting this buffering message until last week. The streaming of channels was great now is too slow. Something definitely changed.
