Roku Express + is DEAD

I own 2 Roku Express, one an Express + and one Express.  They are not a year old and are getting no power and the TVs do not "see" them.  They have been disconnected and reconnected.  There is no light on either.  One was purchased in July 2019 and one in November 2019.  

Please assist.  Very upset I cannot contact Roku directly.

Have you tried using another power cable and power supply to see if this resolves your issue?

If your devices are still not working, please send me a PM with your Roku account email address, and include the serial number of the Roku device from Settings>System>About. I'll be able to assist you further from there.

I am experiencing a similar issue. My stick suddenly stopped working. The light is off.

Should I discard it or can it be fixed?
