Roku Express+, has frozen my TV

My device, Roku Express+, has frozen my TV. All I get is the Roku opening scrolling screen. Internet provider, Spectrum, says I’m getting the signal OK. I cannot turn off the TV using Roku Device. or go to my choice of programs.

A couple of days ago I was no longer able to use voice commands
