Roku Express has different gateway than home network
Setup Roku Express and reset it numerous times. Also did factory reset. Roku keeps finding a different gateway (192.168.1.1) than home wireless network causing it not to be able to connect to home network. Is the Roku bad ? Any other way to connect to home wireless network ? I have an ARRIS SBG6700 dual band router.

I have this EXACT same issue. Did the factory reset, been on the phone with internet provider multiple times. No one seems to be able to help. I have two roku streaming sticks afflicted with this. I'm ready to toss them out the window--it worked great for about a year, now it's completely useless and will not connect to the internet.
